Optima is pleased to announce changes to its Board structure, effective 1 October 2025, to strengthen governance and delivery focus as the company continues to grow.
Board Appointments
Chris Lamb, former Managing Director, has been appointed Chair. Lloyd Pryce, former Business Development Director, becomes Managing Director. Sue Ousby joins the Board as Engineering Director, and Steve Armitage as Technical Director. David Bamford, former Technical Director, transitions to Non-Executive Director, while Norm Geddes continues as Projects Director.
The changes align leadership with Optima’s strategic priorities in Systems Engineering, MBSE, programme assurance, and through-life capability across Defence and Nuclear sectors.
