We’re currently looking for Systems Engineering Consultants and Senior Systems Engineering Consultants to join our growing and dynamic team working around the Bristol and Gloucestershire area.
ABOUT YOU
Join us if you have a background in systems or a similar engineering discipline within a complex engineering environment and are able to work across a range of activities at various stages of the Systems Engineering Lifecycle. You thrive on doing something different every day and are comfortable with ambiguity. You seek to continually acquire new skills and knowledge including critical soft skills beyond technical expertise. You are a great communicator who can understand and decompose complexity and present it to the client in simple terms.

We have a diverse range of work we can be involved with, across the industrial sectors from Defence to Civil Nuclear, across the product lifecycles, interacting with Chief Operating Officers and Engineers alike and delivering tangible items, like a ship, to intangibles such as assisting clients deliver organisational transformation.
We deploy into larger implementation projects teams, but most often we support smaller teams where our consultants can be expected to take much of their project role’s responsibility. Dealing with such a degree of responsibility, with the intellectual challenge and project complexity, are features that many of our Consultants are seeking.
